XXII. Subscription Products and Services
Certain products and services offered through Evolve Your Bod are available exclusively on an automatically renewing subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription-based product or service, you agree to recurring payments at the intervals specified during enrollment. The amount charged will depend on the membership plan or service package you selected. For more details on pricing and renewal terms, please refer to our Subscription Payment Terms.
Automatic Payment Authorization
For subscription-based services, you authorize Evolve Your Bod to charge your designated payment method automatically at regular intervals until you cancel your subscription. Charges will continue based on the billing frequency associated with your selected plan unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Account Maintenance and Subscription Management
While Evolve Your Bod may periodically contact you to update account details or ensure continued subscription access, it is your responsibility to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information.
- Monitor your billing cycle and charges.
- Cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice befor the next charge if you no longer wish to continue the service.
Failure to update your payment details may result in interrupted access to subscription-based services. If payment processing fails, Evolve Your Bod reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge and agree to automatic renewals and recurring charges unless you take action to cancel.
XXIII. Cancellations and Refunds
At Evolve Your Bod, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized health and wellness solutions. Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, refunds may be considered in specific situations, as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We understand that certain circumstances may require a refund. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Ineligibility for Treatment: If, during your initial telehealth consultation, the provider determines that you are not eligible for treatment under the membership plan you selected, you will be issued a full refund as part of the cancellation process.
- Issues with Orders: If you experience a problem with your order, such as shipping errors, damaged products, or billing discrepancies, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To facilitate a resolution, please provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Clear photos of any damage (if applicable)
- Image showing the product’s lot number
Order Verification Process
Our partner pharmacies document the packaging and sealing process of all shipments for quality control and dispute resolution. Before issuing a refund or replacement, Evolve Your Bod reserves the right to review pharmacy records to confirm accuracy in order fulfillment. Each request will be evaluated individually based on the provided evidence.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is authorized, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
